Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
By using the VorbVPN app ("the app") you agree to these terms.
The service
VorbVPN connects you to free public VPN servers from the VPN Gate academic project (https://www.vpngate.net/). These servers are run by volunteers. We do not own or control them, and we cannot guarantee their availability, speed, or security. Servers may appear and disappear at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not use the app for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, distributing malware, sending spam, or infringing copyrights. VPN Gate keeps connection logs and may share them with authorities in case of abuse. Your use of VPN Gate servers is also subject to VPN Gate's own terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the VPN servers.
Ads
The app is free and supported by advertising.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
